We never understood the idea that you would pay someone to tell you what the problem is! So we have always given our diagnostic services away at no charge! This allows us to run our tools to pinpoint the problem and give you a correct quote on what it will take to get you back up and running. If you decide not to have the machine fixed, you can pick up your computer and pay nothing!

The diagnostic service includes:
1. Hard Drive Test
2. System Memory Test
3. Virus/Malware Scan

Unfortunately, some issues go beyond our normal diagnostic procedures. These are far and few between, but unfortunately they do exist. If your computer problem falls into this category, we will let you know at the time of check in that there may be a fee for the extent of our diagnostic services.
